DESCRIPTION

Gift vouchers allow you to present somebody with

• holiday in the form of bed & breakfast in comfortable hotel rooms
• a taste of food and beverages in the glow of a fireplace and the murmur of water in the Magnifica Restaurant
• pleasure in the form of massage, beauty treatment or an amount for use in the Balinese SPA

Depending on the services selected, the voucher will be packaged in a ready-to-give elegant gift box, together with cosmetic gift or decoratively wrapped envelope.

We would like to note that, due to the very high interest in our hotel’s services, they must be booked as early as possible.
 

VALUE VOUCHERS

These vouchers are often chosen by Clients who are not sure of their recipient’s preferences. This solution allows the owner of the voucher to select the services they want, within the value of the voucher. This way, we can be sure that they will enjoy the gift as best as they can.

Any unused gift money can be used within the voucher’s validity period, and in case of exceeding the gift sum, the difference is paid on site.

VOUCHERS FOR SELECTED SERVICES

Such a voucher is an option for customers who want to offer a fuller version of a gift the moment they give the voucher. Invitation to a romantic dinner for two or Javanese Aromatherapy Massage itself is an imagination-stimulating gift.

Such an invitation includes services or a package of services listed in its content. Any unused services remain available in full until the voucher’s expiry date.

Vouchers are an excellent way to show appreciation for your employees, as well as an original award for a good cooperation with key clients.

We offer two types of vouchers:

• amount vouchers – a free choice of services within the hotel
• vouchers for a choosen service – SPA treatment, accommodation, restaurant services

For single purchase over PLN 5 000, you will get  an invitation for one person for Balinese Massage or a dinner for two at the Magnifica Restaurant.

VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.     Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or cosmetics.
2.     Services cannot be exchanged for other services.
3.     The expiry date of vouchers cannot be extended.
4.     All services are subject to prior reservation.
5.     Availability of services is limited by existing reservations.
6.     We recommend booking at least 14 days in advance. Booking of services on the spot may not be possible due to existing reservations.
7.     Vouchers issued under corporate contracts cannot be subject to further trade under penalty of becoming immediately invalid.
8.     The cosmetics are offered in packages or series, available in accordance with the assortment and quantity.
9.     In case of cancellation of booked services, the invitation expires.
